I have 30 years experience of coaching in Personal Training , Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation after pain and injury. 5 years ago after a serious life threatening mountaineering accident I was told I needed 2 knee replacements and could never ski or participate in sports again. I refused to follow this advice and have since recovered to a level I could only have dreamed of. Using my experience and coming up with new ideas and methodology I put together a program that corrected most of the issues and allows me to manage the others. I even took up Thai boxing again after a 15 year break which is very much a kicking sport. The system I developed can help you too.
